The Silence of Human Senses
Exhibition Catalog
2022
The pandemic has shifted our daily lives, and the function of our vision, hearing, smell, touch, and taste has changed or been damaged. After COVID, we have come to think again about the senses of our bodies that we have not paid much attention to. The Silence of Human Senses recalls the awareness of the five senses that we often ignore in our daily lives. This project can provide a chance to envision and feel the importance of a sensory activity that can give joy to a human's life.
Installation
This installation can be one of the primary artifacts in The Silence of Human Senses exhibition. Each sound is portrayed in different colors and shapes, becoming a medium of visual language. The installation can convey that humans can navigate and distinguish the world through sensory.
